The location close to a central JR line, and a subway, and several large stores is very helpful. There is also a convenience store across the road with reasonably priced snacks and meals. The included breakfast was awesome - I never went hungry. The pizzas offered for dinner are also good. The staff in all areas went above and beyond. The mattress on the bed were very comfortable. I loved the quirky decorations around the hotel.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We thought the location was perfect! It was a short 5 min walk to the train station which had the subway and bus in the same area, so we were able to get anywhere we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from! The hotel was very modern and the staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast was great, they even used real eggs… the gym was good, it was clean and had what you needed… I would definitely book this hotel again!

5 mins walk from Kinshicho station. Located right in the Japanese red light district but safe and quiet. Opposite side is an 711 so it’s convenient. The most important: the staff members (crews in Moxy’s expression) are really cool and friendly, happy to help you with your needs and speaks fluent English. The breakfast is buffet and has a large selection. I really enjoy my stay here in Moxy Tokyo.

Xiangyang

Location close to Kinshico train station is very good (the Rapid Train from Narita Airport to Tokyo station stops there, and its just a few minutes of walking). Young and friendly boutique hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice bar and restaurant to hang out. The room was very clean but not very big.

The staff were awesome! They made the stay at Moxy worth it--especially Louie who speaks English fluently. But all the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They helped me navigate the subway system and gave me excellent advice. The weight room is good and the laundry room is excellent.
